Gian, the son of the founder couple and one of the Directors, went to Munich a couple of times last winter to experience the culture in and around the Hofbraeuhaus.

“Beer. Beer is what made the Hofbraeuhaus, Bavarian’s number one restaurant, world-famous.” Gian Schenkelberg, the junior Director explained and he added: “I imagine wine probably would, too. And I know I want a pint with my pork steak whilst using the seating area in the Hofbraeuhaus themed marquee. So watch out for us at festivals. ”
Beer to be sold on a car park. Impossible! Of course councils in general prohibit roving food trucks to sell any sort of alcohol, because they don’t meet the requirements to do so.

Gourmet Express Mobile Catering and Rainer’s Bavarian Grill are trading names of Camden Bratwurst Pillar Limited
